Rob Goggins
President & CEOAs President & CEO of Great Clips, Inc., Rob focuses on strengthening culture, developing and executing strategy, and ensuring the Great Clips brand continues to grow and perform well for all stakeholders. With more than two decades of franchise leadership experience, Rob is known for listening, collaboration, and a practical approach to achieving results. Throughout his career at Great Clips—including roles as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development, and Vice President of Development—he has helped guide the organization through periods of growth by aligning teams around shared goals and driving strong brand delivery across 4,400+ salons in 50 states and 4 Canadian provinces.
Rob holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He is involved in the Twin Cities community, having recently served as board chair for Junior Achievement North, an organization that empowers students through financial literacy and college and career readiness. Additionally, he is on the board of the Minnesota Business Partnership.
