About AJ
AJ has been with Great Clips since April 2024 and brings with him enthusiasm, creativity, and a hands-on approach to his role. Born and raised in Bel Air, Maryland, AJ has always had a passion for building things—whether it's intricate Lego sets, working on cars, or creative solutions at work. Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and two daughters.
AJ’s experience is grounded in the world of retail – beginning on the front lines for AT&T in 2006, and moving into field operations for T-Mobile in 2013, then into real estate in 2017. AJ helped launch the Metro by T-Mobile brand in the Mid-Atlantic from 2013-2018 and subsequently moved into a national real estate role exclusively supporting expansion & distribution in 2020. He is always up for a new project, and his mix of technical curiosity and family-focused values make him a dynamic and grounded member of the team.
